       Hourly rates apply to all residential, local moves. They vary and depend of the number of workers and the size of the truck assigned to perfom the moving services.

    In any case there is an additional one hour travel time charge. This compensates the company's travel expenses to reach your pick up location and to get back from your destination address to our parking facility, after the job is completed.

    A three-man crew is recommended for most jobs. Although the per-hour rate is higher, the job can be done a lot quicker. This often translates to your total cost being the same or less than that with a two-man crew.

    Please let us know if your house is 2200 square feet or larger. In such case, our sales representative may be made available to meet with you at your location to discuss the move and the pricing in better detail.

    Flat prices apply to all types of moves when our agent has visited your site and/or you sealed a deal for such price.

    Charges for the long distance moves based on the actual weight of your shipment. This is the most accurate way to calculate the price.
